Harvest is a prevention program for teen violence: Educate teens about healthy relationships and how to form them and Encourage teens to talk about their feelings and emotions. Teach teens how to manage their anger and resolve conflicts peacefully. Help teens develop empathy and respect for others. Encourage teens to get involved in positive activities such as sports, music, or volunteering. - Advocate for policies that promote violence prevention and youth development we will also go out in the community and do seminars and workshops via in-person or virtual for designated events and businesses.

This component emphasizes the importance of teaching teens the fundamental aspects of a healthy relationship. This includes respect, trust, communication, and mutual support. By helping teens identify what healthy relationships look like, they can recognize them in their own lives and avoid unhealthy dynamics.

Teach teens strategies for resolving conflicts peacefully and constructively, such as active listening, finding common ground, and using "I" statements. Providing tools for healthy conflict resolution can prevent escalation and violence in relationships.
